Looking for an upgrade

I have some really good younger guys that are now in good positions to shine.the way my team is set up Id rather take a guy with a higher floor but lower ceiling .

Guys id be willing to move in a deal like this

Now of these guys are even 25 years old yet.
I can not take on a lot of cap
