Approve. Seems like the first casualty of draft horniness, love this for Rockets. Even if Andre is able to draft a decently high value asset at 9 (which I think is probably unlikely in this class especially), I still am not sure this would feel like enough for KD. But I get it's super hard getting value for aging stars, and Andre does get a decent amount of shots at finding young assets in the form of early 2nds and a future first as well so this could work out for him still.
Free seems to have depleted most of his first round picks and picks in general to acquire KD and Steph. He's going to have to really think out of the box to acquire some depth now, but his core is definitely formidable on face value. Excited to see how Free keeps building this team.

Like this trade for Free. And He does still have his 26 and 27 firsts to make deals at the deadline and really go all in. Got to hold onto his best young assets in Amen and Herro as well. Tough spot for Andre with old ass KD getting true value. Crazy that in this league the best u can do with KD is get the 9th pick in an ass draft and another late first. Let’s see you go for it all Free.
Approve.

Approve, don't love it either way. Not sure Free is built to compete in this KD/Steph window and then on the Nets side I would've aimed higher than a Matas tier guy for KD. Those other picks are just as likely to be out of the league as they are to contribute next year. Nets has done well in that range in the past and is a sharp guy though, so don't totally hate it. Fair deal overall.

Pass, at first glance it doesn't feel like a great return for KD but I get why Andre needed to do this. He's also been shopping KD for a while - I might've waited until the trade deadline instead of dealing him now if this was the best I could get.
I think this makes a lot of sense for Free as well to capitalize on the window he has with Banchero on a rookie deal.
