Mavs trade: Conditional rights to SAS 2026 2 Markquis Nowell .25 .25 .25 .25 .25
Rockets trade: Thad Young .25 .25 .25 .25 .25
jontay to IR, jemison to GL in Jontays old spot
Mavs accept. Backfill depth until I'm healthy, then will have to make some decisions. Can't risk partial roster.

doesn't there need to be some specificity regarding what "conditional rights" means?
while i'm at it (bitching about stupid pick protection shit in a fantasy league, that is), can someone explain the excel note on Nets' 2026 1st round pick? Currently owned by Kings but "if 1-7 SAC gets swap rights with 2026 SAC 1st"... was actually gonna make him an offer including that SAC 26 1st rounder until I got confused by this, b/c it doesn't make any fucking sense. if he trades his own pick and the BKN pick ends up top 7, what happens?
can we please just stop with all these bullshit intricate made-up "protections"?
