Proposed Fix your Illegal Roster Timer Adjustment

Given the behavior of one rogue owner, I'd like to propose a rule that will help incentivize owners to prepare for their offseason moves more proactively and more importantly ensure that equal information is available to all owners in time for important league schedule milestones such as Summer League, RFA, etc.

As it stands now, some owners "miss-count" how many players they have in their roster, causing them to make sketchy illegal moves. And this is fine, cause this is a free league meant to be fun and who gives a shit. So it doesn't really matter.

But apparently some mustelids Rogue owners believe they are a the prettiest flower in the desert, and when are asked by our very patient overlords to please fix their roster issues (The ones they were responsable for), they rather throw a tantrum and disappear until they feel like it. Cause they need to feel their pee-pee is bigger and cooler that what it is. Everybody else fixed their issue when asked without a problem... except them freaking rogues.

The proposal is as follows:
Dont be an ass. The world doesn't revolve around you.

I dont know how to make a poll so lets just pretend we all agree.
