Just posting since i want an offical ruling on this since it concerns me too, are you able to trade rfa before you resigned them? If yes, please forgive my question. Just not sure on the ruling.

My understanding is we've always been able to trade rights. Whether an overseas player, FA rights, or RFA. The real NBA does it as well. I don't see a rule for it, but if you could give us a check, thanks cay <3

Sorry to be the fun police but we've never allowed the trading of restricted free agents. You can obviously deal international players' rights because they are under contract. The NBA doesn't allow trading restricted free agents either. IF we allowed that every team that didn't have the cap to re-sgn their player could just trade them. We want free agency to be as competitive as possible. Sorry guys.
