Approve. Couldn't get much for Monte on an expiring so taking a shot with the Miami first rounder in '25. Taking another chance on Duncan hoping he'll get bought out or eventually get more playing time. Nets second rounder will be bottom 5 so more than likely won't get anyone better than Duncan.
