Would like to make the moves outlined below, ran into this issue when making FA bid on Chimezie during last season and was told a rule change would be implemented but not sure if that was ever made official... hence, this here posting to figger out if this is allowed or not. Both DSJ and Bruno currently do not have NBA contracts.
DSJ to international, drop Rodions Kurucs ($250K cap hit this year only)
Bruno to international, drop Jordan McRae ($250K cap hit this year, $125K next year)
