I accept. It's a mid size contract which isn't so risky and you know Dennis will play minutes. Good dealing.

Approve.
I guess Dennis could sign somewhere and put up some decent fantasy numbers, but much safer for Heat to move on. Not having to cover any cap is nice & clears up space to get frisky in UFA.

Uhhh not quite sure why perk is so willing to take on a close to 15 mill back up. But not vetoable. Really nice work Sanjul

Approve, don't really get it for perk. I'd be surprised if you're able to flip Denis at a four year/14m deal. Hope I'm wrong

APV.
Not vetoable but really bad from the Toronto Raptors here. Essentially just eating 15mil for 4 years for fun. The argument of "oh, Dennis has a chance to put up numbers and be tradeable with max $ paid" is eliminated once you realize Raps could use that money in FA and have greater odds to sign better value contracts. Dennis was the last FA to sign last year to a 5mil contract irl, I think the NBA has pretty much told us he isn't a starting PG. Also, doesn't Raps have like 20+ incoming picks over the next few years? Get to consolidating my brotha
On the flip side, just beautiful cap hell navigation from the Miami Heat organization recently to dump Fournier and Dennis without handing any decent assets out.
