Approve. I mean it's probably fair value for a backup PG in the league even if I like it a lot for Blazers. Andre wants to make draft picks this year and if he can hit on 1 of those picks the player probably ends up being more valuable than Cam Payne.

Objectively fair, 38 and 40 could net some rotation players in this draft. Kinda interesting for Nets though, think most would assume he'd be doing everything possible to win with Durant and Luka but taking some swings in the 2nd ain't a bad idea.
