Kings receive:
2025 Warriors 1st Gary Payton II .5 .5 2024 UFA Bogdan Bogdanovic $17.57 2023 UFA aaron Wiggins .25 .25 .25 .25 2026 UFA
Warriors receive:
Markelle Fultz 17 17 17 17 2026 UFA Juan Toscano Anderson 1 2023 UFA
I accept. While I had another offer for a different first round pick, that pick was going to be a late 2023... I'm gambling on Embiid and Steph declining by 2025 and that pick being pretty good. I also hope to flip Bogdan by the trade deadline for additional assets. If not, I got off of Fultz's long term money and I also got two cheap guys to play around with. Thanks guys.

Accept.
I’m fairly limited in the moves I can make and I’m really bullish on Markell’s talent. Definitely risky given the contract and crowded back court but I’ll make a bet on his talent. Good dealing Steve- wish you luck in your continued rebuild!

Approve Like it for bagel if he can get some value in return for bogey. Not a huge fan of his reasoning behind the warriors 2025 pick though but - late pick and bogey is okay return for fultz regardless.

APV
Like this more for Caleb, Fultz has real breakout potential next year and he can't keep Bogey long term.
Kind of a head scratcher to deal Fultz rn for Bagels imo. He might be on the cusp of having a huge year, and even if u don't like the contract, the return would have been much greater pending a breakout. What's the real reward from getting out now? 2 role players, at best a late 1st if he can get it for Bogey and a 20's 1st in 2025? That Embiid/Steph decline comment real weird haha. Something catastrophic would have to happen to either them for that pick to enter the teens. Overall, I would have kept the 2nd best piece on the roster but let's see how this shakes out.

APV. Makes sense for both sides. Caleb takes the gamble on a massively talented Fultz who did look nice coming back from injury. If the situation doesn't work out though, Warriors could easily be stuck with a massively overpaid 20 point a game scorer.
Bagels gets multiple flippable assets and creates even more cap space in the long term. I do agree with Chuck that it probably made more sense for him to just ride out Fultz and see what happens but if he ends up getting a decent haul for Bogey near the deadline this could be an huge dub.
Good work boys.

Approve.
Trading for that Fultz contract is frightening with the crowded backcourt in Orlando--I would've waited to see how things shake out following the IRL draft + FA to make this sort of move. Bagels should be able to cover & move Bogey for something decent come deadline time and got another 1st to help with the rebuild.
Maybe I'm wrong & Fultz is a 25ish/gm guy this coming season...definitely has the talent. Overall though it doesn't do much for the Warriors in terms of saving cap and gives him fewer assets to trade for instant production down the road.
Will be an interesting deal to look back on. Nice work gents.
