I accept. While I like Kuminga long term, it’s go-time for me. Getting a 1st in this deal helps a lot, as well as what seems to be a pretty solid 2nd next year. Nice dealing Chuck.

Approve, smart of chuck to pick up that MIN 24 2nd so he has to pay a second round pick 1M instead of signing him in UFA for .25m.

Approve. Fair value. Love it for Chuck and his roster composition. Loren trying to compete in a weak western conference. Can’t hate it.

Approve. Classic young upside for proven points trade. Kumbucket is awesome but Jrue has shown no signs of regression and should continue to score 32+. Fair deal all around!

Approve.
Thunder are havin' a go at it! As a fellow up & comer myself, I appreciate Loren's aggressiveness in making this deal in an attempt to rise out of mediocrity. I dislike this deal in the long-term (Jrue, Grant, Barnes are all UFA in '23), but if the goal is to compete for a title this coming season it's a cheeky move. Thunder now head into next season w/ a surprisingly deep squad and ample cap space to wrap up the off-season.
Chicago officially has a fun core to build around in the coming years with Kuminga, RJ, Kira + Wendell and Bulls Nation collectively breathes a sigh of relief upon realizing that ownership won't run it back with the same roster in '22-'23'. Looking forward to seeing what the return will be for KP as the rebuild commences.

Approve!
These type of deals make my heart warm. Two franchises in different situations- helping each other out. Clearly JK is the better long term piece, but I can’t see him putting up 33-34 anytime soon. Thunder are a true contender moving forward IMO.
