Brooks could potentially be a decent source of points if the Magic make it to the ECF or Finals, but I don't love that Sarge gave up on the rookie he traded up on draft night to snag before he ever got legitimate NBA run. Hopefully the Magic have another play up their sleeve to make this risk worthwhile.

Nice use of the waiver wire from the Mavs to pick up an asset & then use it to clear a cap space runway for the MPJ re-sign in the off-season. The Pels '24 first will most likely be a bottom 10 pick, but it's yet another piece that Kyle adds to the stockpile.
