and saw that the Celtics are 3rd in the East at 14-12, the 7th best West team would be barely behind the Raps for #2 in the East and that's not factoring in how much tougher the schedule is out West where they all just beat up on each other. 

so the broken down Thunder who's 2nd best player is arguably Victor fucking Oladipo would probably be the legit #2 seed in the East if that roster played in a different city...
