the Beal experiment in Beantown is over. The cap this deal free's up will give me a ton of trade opportunities for players who make less than Beal and also produce more at the same time. good dealing Blazers

What has Beal's fantasy production looked like, last year and this? Sorry, not in a place where I can look these things up... Second rounders ain't worth much, so this seems like a terrible deal, but that contract is pretty atrocious too. I'll vote when I have more info.

Beal is an oft-injured SG who is not as valuable in a points league as opposed to a categories league and thus far has not been valuable in either. As Yacob says, Beal frees up a lot of cap for him and there are over 20 other SGs in the league right now who have produced more. I see this as a cap dump that makes sense for both sides. Can't see Yacob getting too much more for Beal at that contract and production coupled with injury concerns.
