Golden State Warriors (Caleb) and New York Knicks (jsood) like this

*not ranking myself*
1. Wolves (Drew)
I think it's clear he's been about 99/100 percent on all his moves since joining. Great FA signings (Batum and Biyombo was hooping a bit early), trades were all good, can't really say of any that didn't help. Honestly the worst thing this guy did was not push a chip or 2 in to win this year and if that's the worst thing, then yeah 1. Obviously he's only been here a year so eventually he might fuck something up but so far so good.
2. Bucks (Jacob)
Jacob has done a great job of building through the years so much so that it doesn't really matter if he loses a trade here or there. Good patience to hold the Utah pick through everything, good rebuild year in which he was active in gathering assets, and put it together well to capture a title. Factoring in continued success every year besides one in which he tanked vaults him above everyone except wolves imo.
3. Warriors (Caleb)
Caleb is special at knowing when to sell and when to buy. It's why his rebuild lasted about half a season and an off season. He no doubt has some misses though and that's bound to happen when ur as active and trade happy as he is. Gotta move good chips. Sometimes though, the best move is no move and if he incorporated that theory a couple times, we'd legit be restarting because he'd have so much shit.
4. Clippers (Remy)
Ah yes, good ole Remy girl. Done a very nice job since taking over a couple yrs ago. Very few mistakes, ball just hasn't gone his way to capture a chip. Remy will never ever sell low and it's nice. Gotta wonder tho, sometimes something is better than nothing. Selling high on some of his young guns like Reddish or Mitch could've vaulted him into a dynasty but I am just projecting and don't know what the market was or what was going on so I could be wrong. I did offer Love for Reddish in the offseason and it almost got done - good job not taking that.
5. Mavericks (Kyle)
I don't really wanna put Kyle at 5 because his most important moves are coming up and he could be fucking those up so it's hard to project. Done a solid enough rebuild though, good pieces moving forward and has a nucleus down. Sometimes I think Kyle is so high on his guys to the point of hindering himself though. Obviously this is a good thing because you'll never lose a trade when you think ur guys are the GOATS but I'd take a decent overpay in some cases instead of saying no and standing pat. I also think he values guys who are better in real life too high at times but I'm nit-picking rn.
