Despite the fear of being called a pussy by Charlie and have him declaring that one of us raped the other the Pelicans and the Thunder have reached an Agreement. 

Pelicans get: Arron Afflalo 

Thunder get: DJ Augustin, Hornets 2nd 2018, Pelicans 2nd 2019


Maybe I'm overpaying a bit for Afflalo, but I think he will find his shooting touch eventually since he currently sits at ~40% FG when his career average is around 45%. This trade will move me a bit further towards competitiveness once that happens.

I accept. A big part of this was the cap, and I open a little over 5mil for the next couple of years with this deal (considering I only had 1.4 going into this, it's nice). Augustin is serviceable and I just don't see afflalo being a big part of the offense with boogie and gay there
