2020 Basketball Dynasty 26 Power Rankings - Week 7
1. Minnesota Timberwolves (12-0-1) - So far so good after dealing away Donovan Mitchell to focus on depth. Zeller really is balling out - just needs to stay healthy.
2. Milwaukee Bucks (10-2-1) - 2 massive wins this week against the Lakers and Celtics. LaMelo has exceeded even the loftiest expectations.
3. Golden State Warriors (9-4) - Caleb mentioned that last week was the last week the Warriors will be ranked outside the top 5. After being the top scoring team in week 7, it looks like he might be right.
4. New Orleans Pelicans (10-3) - Regardless of what you think of the move, it's good to see Pelicans finally make a move to bolster his squad.
5. Cleveland Cavaliers (9-4) - Continues to win, but I really want to see the Cavs try to add some reinforcements to help out his studs.
6. Los Angeles Lakers (11-2) - One of the biggest surprises this year as the current top seed in the West.
7. Boston Celtics (9-4) - KAT should be back soon.......
8. Miami Heat (10-3) - The Hunter injury is tough, but this team is showing their depth as one of the top seeds in the East. Will Obi be a factor this year?
9. New York Knicks (10-3) - Honestly, wasn't a huge fan of swapping Jrue for JJJ especially this year, but it potentially sets up the Knicks quite well in the future
10. Charlotte Hornets (10-3) - Impressive week, going 2-0 and scoring over 800 points despite not having Wiseman.
11. Los Angeles Clippers (10-3) - Lonzo showing some signs of life...
12. Chicago Bulls (8-5) - Turning Middleton into Jrue Holiday and Sexton is a decent return. Let's see if Chuck can really start to make a run here, he needs all the Ws he can get from here on out.
13. Atlanta Hawks (10-3) - Not making moves might be the move for Trey as his current team is doing work right now. That being said, it's clear he needs at least one more piece to be a serious contender for the title.
14. Brooklyn Nets (8-5) - Despite all the trade rumors surrounding the team, the Nets stay pat. Just as they get White back, Durant is out due to health protocols.
15. Orlando Magic (8-5) - D-Rose to New York won't sap all his value, but I liked his situation in Detroit more.
16. Toronto Raptors (6-7) - Ran into the buzz-saw that was the Warriors in week 7 otherwise it would've been a pretty chill 2-0 week for Toronto.
17. Washington Wizards (6-7) - Snuck out a win against the Pacers. Octstuff finally has a full team again with everyone back from IR.
18. Oklahoma City Thunder (5-8) - Tough 0-2 week, but Loren just has to stay in the playoff conversation until Nurk is back.
19. Utah Jazz (4-9) - TJ managed to put over 700 points somehow this week. Someone get Olynyk from this man.
20. Sacramento Kings (5-8) - Oof..under 400 points this week and Quickley loses a lot of his luster this year with D-Rose's arrival
21. Portland Trailblazers (3-10) - The Wiggins trade was made with an eye towards the future, but Dort has been better than expected this year.
22. Dallas Mavericks (3-10) - You'd think a team with 2 A- and 2 B+ draft grades in the first round would have a better record but...I digress
23. Philadelphia 76ers (4-9)
24. Phoenix Suns (4-9)
25. Denver Nuggets (3-10) - HOLD THE LINE!!!
26. Houston Rockets (3-10)
27. Detroit Pistons (2-11)
28. San Antonio Spurs (2-11)
29. Indiana Pacers (0-13)
30. Memphis Grizzlies (1-12)
