2020 Basketball Dynasty 26 Power Rankings - Week 6
1. Minnesota Timberwolves (10-0-1) - First non-win of the season with a tie vs Milwaukee. The Donovan Mitchell trade that returned Cody Zeller, Schroder, and more might've just solidified this squad as the #1 contender this year. Then again, anything can happen in the playoffs so I expect other contenders to start making big moves soon.
2. New Orleans Pelicans (8-3) - If Westbrook really is feeling more like himself, this team might be back on its bullshit. You'd think Salami makes a move soon here.
3. Milwaukee Bucks (8-2-1) - Waiting for Jacob to make a move to keep up with the other contenders
4. Cleveland Cavaliers (7-4) - Bounced back with an easy 2-0 week on the backs of his superstars. Jokic looks freaking incredible right now.
5. Boston Celtics (8-3) - Still waiting to see what this team does when fully healthy
6. Golden State Warriors (7-4) - I really like Caleb's team especially after the Kemba/Joe Ingles trade. With a fully healthy squad, we'll see what he can do this week to make a push into the top 5 of the PR.
7. Los Angeles Lakers (10-1) - You'd hope the PJ Washington injury isn't serious because he has been balling out.
8. Miami Heat (9-2) - The Herro trade is interesting! Love the high risk/high reward setup Bry is going for and it helps him keep Graham long term without losing another player.
9. New York Knicks (8-3) - Time to give this team some respect as Jsood as put in the work to make them a serious contender in the East.
10. Chicago Bulls (7-4) - JJJ is still out and it's been longer than expected at this point. Chuck just needs to do enough to make the playoffs and hopefully get hot.
11. Brooklyn Nets (7-4) - Continuing to play below expectations, but at least White is back (again).
12. Charlotte Hornets (8-3) - Will be without Wiseman this week after an injury, but this team continues to impress.
13. Atlanta Hawks (8-3) - Big big week for Trey to show everyone he's still a factor in the East.
14. Los Angeles Clippers (9-2) - Remy put Keldon Johnson in the G-League? Ok then...
15. Orlando Magic (7-4) - Love to see Perry stay afloat in the playoff race despite terrible injury luck this year.
16. Portland Trailblazers (3-8) - Trading Kemba for McCollum doesn't help in the short term, but the Blazers GM has stated he has every intention of competing this year.
17. Sacramento Kings (5-6) - Quickley is doing work right now! David lost to the 76ers this week, but is still putting up respectable totals.
18. Oklahoma City Thunder (5-6) - Team is actually looking decent putting up over 700 points this week.
19. Toronto Raptors (5-6) - Rough showing in week 6, scoring under 450 points, but having Josh Richardson back should help.
20. Washington Wizards (5-6) - Oof..not a fan of the recent moves made by Octstuff. Horford is always at risk for a trade to a less desirable situation and hasn't shown all too much when he's played. We'll see if it helps this team make a push for the playoffs, but an 0-2 week in week 6 doesn't help.
21. Dallas Mavericks (3-8) - You'd think a team with 2 A- and 2 B+ draft grades in the first round would have a better record but...I digress
22. Utah Jazz (3-8) - Trading for a dude with a torn ACL isn't a win-now move, but it sets TJ up with a cheap center for the future. The playoff run was fun while it lasted TJ!
23. Houston Rockets (3-8)
24. Denver Nuggets (2-9) - HOLD THE LINE!!!
25. Philadelphia 76ers (3-8)
26. Detroit Pistons (2-9)
27. San Antonio Spurs (2-9)
28. Indiana Pacers (0-11)
29. Phoenix Suns (2-9)
30. Memphis Grizzlies (1-10)
