BasketballDynasty26 Week 5 PR's.
30. Utah Jazz (0-4). (Last week, 30)
Another L in Utah, things are starting to look up in Utah however. KPJ has had some games and Melo finally found a team. Hey, if 2010 Melo shows up, we might see some dubs in Utah soon. Jazz got a bye in week 5.
29. Miami Heat (0-4). (Last week, 29)
Wasn’t the Heats week as they scored below 200. Devonte Graham is carrying this team right now and rumor is Sanjul is trying to deal him. Look for this team to get back on track when Ayton and Fox return joining Morant and Graham barring any deals. Miami takes on Charlotte in week 5.
28. Charlotte Hornets (0-4). (Last week, 27)
Hornets scored below 200 and this team is just killed right now by the injury bug. No zo, ingram, or collins. Marc Gasol has been a little better though so that’s a plus. I think this team can get better but they gotta get it going soon. Charlotte could get one this week against Miami.
27. Houston Rockets (1-3). (Last week, 26)
Rockets found a dub against the Warriors as it was a battle of injured teams. Lowry and Hart have been out and now Nance is starting to sit games. NAW put up some good games though to help beat Caleb and Morris has been solid. Tony gets the Grizz in week 5.
26. Phoenix Suns (1-2). (Last week, 25)
Terrence lost a close one against Kev, by about 70 pts. Allen and Bledsoe have been solid while Damian Jones now has a starting job in Atlanta. Dillon Brooks has been solid as well. Suns will look to steal one against the Blazers in week 5.
25. Orlando Magic (1-3). (Last week, 28)
Ayyye Perry and the Magic got on the board with a dub against the Heat. Wasn’t the prettiest but a dubs a dub. Fultz has been trending up and while this team still has some injury woes, their best player in Myles Turner is back. Magic get the Hawks in week 5.
24. San Antonio Spurs (1-3). (Last week, 24)
Chris took an L to Remy but it’s getting better. PG is back and looks every bit of the MVP type player he was last year. Batum even looked okay in his first game back and if he can contribute, Chris might cop some dubs. Next chance is this week against a depleted Mavs team aka LeBron.
23. Golden State Warriors (0-4). (Last week, 22)
Caleb took an L to the Rockets and it’s gonna be rough going. It’s looking like a rebuilding year with Curry out and BG sitting random games. This team could get some wins later but it’ll be tough this week against the Pels.
22. Minnesota TimberWolves (0-3). (Last week, 21)
Wolves scored about 600 pts but it wasn’t enough against the red hot Thunder. Looney and Zion are still out but everyone else is healthy. Oubre and Jaylen have been awesome and AD has been AD. Minny will look to take advantage of a depleted Denver team in week 5 for their first win.
21. Memphis Grizzlies (1-3). (Last week, 23)
Got a win over the Mavs, CP3 and Kuzma have come alive and DJ has had some great games. Team is getting healthy too but word on the street is a new owner is taking over soon.
20. Philadelphia 76ers (1-3). (Last week, 19)
Tough loss to the Nets this past week by about 40 pts. However, Rondo is back, Baynes is still beasting, and KAT is an MVP caliber guy. However DeRozan needs to be more like the guy he was last year for this team to beat solid teams. Philly takes off for a bye in week 5.
19. Dallas Mavericks (2-2). (Last week, 16)
Lost a close one to the Grizz and it hurts that D Russ is now out. Dinwiddie has seen extra usage since Kyrie has been hurt but this team is all LeBron. Dude’s turning back the clock and putting the team on his back. Mavs and a new owner hopefully take on the Spurs in week 5.
18. Brooklyn Nets (1-2). (Last week, 20)
Big W over Philly for Josh to get his first dub of the year. Aaron Gordon and Luka are carrying this team. Simons, Paschall, and even Jabari Parker have been contributing as well. Levert being out is a bummer though. Nets get the Bulls in week 5.
17. Boston Celtics (1-2). (Last week, 17)
Had a bye this past week but moves were made. A huge Dipo-Lauri trade went down and this team should be better in the present. Guys like Miles Bridges and Bacon have been underwhelming but it’s a long season. OG and SGA have been great and Hayes flashed his potential in a start. A battle between the brothers takes place in week 5 with Boston vs. Indiana.
16. Washington Wizards (2-2). (Last week, 15)
Lost to Pistons by 3 pts close ass game. Wiz has cooled off but the team has been better than expected and once Porter, RJax, and Jah Okafor get back they could be even better. IT has looked great though, Schroeder is contributing and Barrett is running the show in NY. Wiz gets a tough game in the Bucks in week 5.
15. Cleveland Cavaliers (2-2). (Last week, 18)
Jon got back on track with a huge win against Trey. Thompson, JJJ, Murray, and Joker all had solid weeks. Terrence Ross and Aaron Holiday have been contributing as well so the depth has been solid. Mitchell Robinson is healthy now and starting to play better as well so watch out. Cavs got the Knicks in week 5.
14. Los Angeles Lakers (3-1). (Last week, 14)
Scored almost 700 points but unfortunately was playing Pels. Team has been such a great surprise and Coby White looks awesome. Joe Harris is soaking up extra usage and PJ Washington is fantastic. Showdown in LA vs the Clippers in week 5.
13. Portland Trail Blazers (2-1). (Last week, 13)
Blazers had a bye this past week. They recently made a move for Dipo and while it may hurt in the short term, they got to dump KCP and Dekkers contracts. Wiggins is out for a little too but he should be back soon. Blazers vs. Suns in week 5.
12. Atlanta Hawks (3-1). (Last week, 7)
Trey took an L to Cavs and even though he would’ve won if he set his lineup one day, we still hold this against him. The depth is looking better as he moved Ingles for O’Neale, Ish, and Jordan Bell and then got to flip Bell. Hawks look to get back on track against the Magic in week 5.
11. Denver Nuggets (2-1). (Last week, 8)
Kev got a hard W against the Suns this past week but this team is banged up. Bev has been hurt and now Brog is probably gonna be out for a week or so. He also dealt a golden pick for Justise Winslow whose hurt but let’s hope that works out for him. Nuggets limp into week 5 against the TimerWolves.
10. Chicago Bulls (2-2). (Last week, 11)
Highest scorer of week 4. Almost 950 pts and Lamb/Ibaka are still out. I must’ve had a lot of games and everyone contributed. Guys like Glenn Rob and Melli had some games and Nunn is continuing to be the pickup of the year. Oh Bjelica and Lou/LMA have been great as well. Bulls vs. Nets in week 5.
9. Detroit Pistons (4-0). (Last week, 12)
Scored almost 600 pts and beat Wiz by 3. The miracle season for Merv continues. Things could get rough this week as Kawhi, Love, and McConnell are all probably gonna sit some games. We’ll see if he can keep it rolling against Raps in week 5.
8. Indiana Pacers (3-1). (Last week, 6)
Almost scored 700 pts but took a tough loss to Raps. House was hurt but he’s back now. Boucher also looked good for a little but a little inconsistency is going to be there. Randle also needs to be better. Brother battle against BMan this week.
7. Los Angeles Clippers (4-0). (Last week, 10)
Remy scored about 700 pts and is rolling. Whiteside, Jimmy, and Trae continue to beast. Reddish even hit a shot or two in a game this past week so that was cool. Remy will look to keep it rolling against his cross town rival, the Lakers in week 5.
6. New York Knicks (2-1). (Last week, 3)
Tough loss to the Bulls but some injuries and things haven’t helped Tyler. Middleton is going to be out for a month or so and Favors has a new injury just when he was starting to turn a corner. Tyler will try to stay afloat against the Cavs in week 5.
5. Oklahoma City Thunder (4-0). (Last week, 9)
Big ol Loren scored almost 800 pts and rolls into the top 5 for the first time ever? Teague, Saboner, and even McLemore contributing. RHJ and Barton have also been coming alive lately. Kyrie is DTD so hopefully he doesn’t miss too many games for this team. Lor has another big game against his buddy Davie in week 5.
4. Sacramento Kings (3-1). (Last week, 5)
Davie took care of business against TJ this past week. Millsap and McGee had great weeks, Bazemore and Hill have been solid as well. Really everyone on this team contributes and it’s the most random makeup of vets I’ve ever seen but it’s working. Davie vs. Lor in week 5.
3. Toronto Raptors (3-1). (Last week, 4)
Perk’s back to man handling people. Big win over the Pacers, Vuc and Horford are carrying this team sans Hayward. The depth is strong enough to carry this team and Perk should be fine until Hayward gets back. Raptors vs. Pistons in week 5.
2. Milwaukee Bucks (4-0). (Last week, 1)
Not a great week for Jacoby, almost 700 and a dub but Pels was a lil better. This team is still going to be battling at the top and there is so much depth. Dwight looks reinvigorated. Murray has cooled off but he’s resting and has low mins for now. Bucks vs. Wiz in week 5.
1. New Orleans Pelicans (4-0). (Last week, 2)
Still no SF. Almost 800 pts this past week. Very consistent. All I’m gonna say is Draymond looks like dog turds and could be shut down and Westy could get some random rest days so this team isn’t unbeatable. Pels vs. Warriors in week 5.
