BasketballDynasty26 Week 3 PR's.
30. Utah Jazz (0-2). (Last week, 30)
Another week, another L in Utah. Some of the young guys are playing but it just ain’t there. Utah vs. OKC in week 3.
29. Phoenix Suns (0-1). (Last week, 29)
Suns took their first loss of the season at the hands of OKC but scored a little better this week (400), Bledsoe has looked better and Allen is coming around. Another tough matchup with Minnesota this week awaits.
28. Miami Heat (0-2). (Last week, 28)
No Ayton, No Bagley, no bueno. However Fox has looked better as of late so that’s promising. Sanjul gets Cleveland in week 3.
27. Orlando Magic (0-2). (Last week, 27)
Not an awful week from Perry’s Magic, they scored mid 400’s but Merv’s Pistons had their best week ever and dropped nearly 700. Markelle is starting now so hopefully he can really get it going and Tatum, Isaac, and Troy Brown Jr. have all looked great. The health isn’t there right now for this team as Turner, Rob Will, and Kanter are all hurt. Bad timing as Perry gets Jacoby’s Bucks this week.
26. Charlotte Hornets (0-2). (Last week, 25)
Another solid week from these Hornets, they just caught some bad luck with Pacers scoring over 700 against them. Lonzo and Ingram have been studs, really breaking out. Collins has been a little banged up but he’s been great. If Marc Gasol can get it going, then this team could really take off. Keenan gets Detroit this week in what should be a great game. Look for this team to rise in the rankings soon enough.
25. Dallas Mavericks (1-1). (Last week, 26)
LeBron super manned this team past Caleb who had an injured Steph and Blake. It really is a one man show with some occasional help from Dinwiddie and D Russ out in Dallas. Hopefully Royce can revive soon, Mavs get the Rockets in a Texas showdown in week 3.
24. Houston Rockets (0-2). (Last week, 23)
Tony took a pretty close loss from Clipps this past week. This team should find some W’s soon, Lowry has been exceptional, Morris has been good, and Josh Hart is really breaking out. Look for the Rockets to try to get their first win against the Mavs in week 3.
23. San Antonio Spurs (1-1. (Last week, 19)
Chris falls 4 spots, not a good week for him only scoring 200 fpts and losing to Lakers. My mans team always seems to be crippled, Payton is hurt again, Batum is out, Roberson has still yet to play, and PG is still out expectedly. This team could make a sneaky run, Payton and PG need to get healthy though. Gonna be a rough one this week against Pels.
22. Memphis Grizzlies (0-2). (Last week, 16)
Yikes, Luke and his Grizz are free falling man. Kuz is back but hasn’t made an impact yet, CP is averaging under 25, and DJ/WCS haven’t been that great either. It’s gonna take some moves and lineup setting to get this team back. Memphis takes on LAC in week 3.
21. Brooklyn Nets (0-2). (Last week, 17)
Josh is having some type of luck again this year man. It always seems like him and Spurs can’t catch a break. Lost a close one to Knicks this past week despite scoring about 640 fpts. Luka is going off averaging 50 per and literally everyone else is contributing. White, LeVert, and Thybulle have been leading the supporting cast. This team is gonna be insane when Durant gets back if everyone keeps developing. Nets take off for a bye in week 3.
20. Philadelphia 76ers (1-1). (Last week, 20)
Kyle’s 6ers aren’t doing bad, took an L to Trey but some weird things happened this week. KAT decided to get his ass tapped out and suspended so that didn’t help, other than that he’s an MVP type guy. Baynes and DeRozan are leading the supporting cast on this team and there’s depth all over this team. Look for Philly to climb back up the rankings eventually, this week against the Knicks should be a great test.
19. Los Angeles Lakers (2-0). (Last week, 24)
Go off and get some dubs then Griff. LakeShow is rolling and you love to see it. Now he may be taking advantage of some injured teams but ya gotta give him and the young guns credit. Prince, White, Washington, and Brunson are all playing well. Even Culver showed some signs and had a nice game. Griff almost made a move to move Sexton for Kleber, Grant, and Dedmon. I’m not a Sexton guy so I love this move for some depth. LA will look for another dub against the hurt Warriors in week 3.
18. Washington Wizards (2-0). (Last week, 22)
Ocstuff makin my rankings look bad bro. Another good win against BMan this past week. Barrett and Bryant have been awesome and even IT has been revived, at least for the past 3 games. Lots of great depth on the squad as well, Jah Oak, Saric, and Jonas V have been good. If Otto can figure it out, this team should continue to climb. Wiz gets another chance to upset a solid team in Indiana this week.
17. Detroit Pistons (2-0). (Last week, 21)
Man o man the East is looking strong. Merv put a beat down scoring 699 fpts against Perry last week to move to 2-0. Kawhi and Love are beasting, averaging 45 per each. LaVine has been solid at 23 fpts and the rest of the depth is solid. Kaminsky, Bojan Bog, and Mikal Bridges have been nice. Look for the Pistons to keep it rolling with a game against the Hornets looming in week 3.
16. Golden State Warriors (0-2). (Last week, 12)
Not looking good out in GSW. Griffin has been out and now Steph is going to be missing 3 months I think? This team goes as Steph goes much like real life so yeah. Caleb has been more active and I wouldn’t put it past him to salvage this season, maybe Griffin comes back or he makes some moves. We’ll see.
15. Cleveland Cavaliers (0-2). (Last week, 15)
Cavs has had a rough schedule to start. Played Pistons to open the season and last week, Bucks gave him the highest total throughout the league. Jokic and Thompson have been absolutely beasting, I think TT has to slow down but Joker is legit. I’d look for Mitch Rob to figure it out and turn into a stud soon enough. Cavs will look to get back on track this week in Miami.
14. Portland Trail Blazers (1-1). (Last week, 18)
Giggsy got back on track last week with a dub over the Jazz. Beal, Lauri, and Kemba have been great so far. Wiggins hasn’t even been that bad either. The depth isn’t terrible either, Goga and Lyles have had their moments. Blaze will get a tough test against the Kings in week 3.
13. Minnesota TimberWolves (0-1). (Last week, 9)
Twolves had a bye this past week but this team just isn’t healthy right now. Looney, Zion, and Jaylen are all out. In good news, Wendell and Oubre have been awesome. Minny will look to get their first win and by some time to get guys healthy in week 3 against the Suns.
12. Los Angeles Clippers (2-0). (Last week, 13)
Remy ol Remy keeps on rolling. Nice win over Rockets, Jimmy Buckets is back balling, the Trae Young injury isn’t serious and we have a Richaun Holmes sighting. Now Remy ain’t gonna deal him, shit’s funny. Whiteside and Winslow are banged up right now but this team shouldn’t have much trouble against Memphis in week 3.
11. Boston Celtics (1-1). (Last week, 8)
Damn Bman, tough L against Wiz this past week. Miles Bridges really hasn’t been shooting the ball well, and yeah the lack of a PF that can be consistent is hurting this team. Shai, Bam, and Ja are balling though. Rest of the depth is solid so this team should bounce back. Couple moves though, who knows they could be really good. Boston gets Toronto in week 3 in a colossal matchup.
10. Oklahoma City Thunder (2-0). (Last week, 11)
Alright Lor Lor I see you. Kyrie is cooking and Saboner/Teague have been solid. Barton has had a solid start as well and Portis is scoring well. Rest of the depth is looking good too, Duncan Robinson was a great pickup. Lor will look to continue his best season in years against TJ in week 3.
9. Atlanta Hawks (2-0). (Last week, 10)
Trey is quietly keeping it going from last season, good dub over the 6ers this past week. Harden and Lillard leading the team per usual. Rudy Gay has been especially good as of late. Look out if Jingles catches some fire too. An Eastern Conference title rematch from last season awaits Trey in Chicago week 3.
8. Indiana Pacers (2-0). (Last week, 14)
Indy scored the 2nd most fpts of the league behind Jacoby by .5. It’s been a great start for Jon behind a career year so far from Drumm. 54 fpgg. Damn. DMitch, Randle, House, Delon, and Clarke all have been great as well. The depth is good, the stars are there, this team is dangerous. Look for Indy to try to slow down Washington in week 3.
7. Denver Nuggets (1-1). (Last week, 4)
Kevi got smacked by Kings in week 2. Close ass game 680-700. This team is still solid as it comes, depth all over and Capela hasn’t been as good as he can be yet. Brog is just insane man. Herro also has put together some awesome games, he’s shown the ability to contribute across the board. Denver takes off for a bye in week 3.
6. Toronto Raptors (0-1). (Last week, 6)
Big ol Perk comes off the bye for a good game against Boston this coming week. Hopefully Adams and DSJ play this week but it should be a close match. On another note, Horford has been beasting like his Atlanta days this season so that’s cool, I didn’t expect that.
5. Chicago Bulls (1-1). (Last week, 5)
Meh, beat Heat this past week. Team is looking solid, depth is good, Lamb showed out. Looking forward to an ECF rematch from last year with Trey in week 3.
4. New York Knicks (1-0). (Last week, 3)
Took out the Nets last week, Zeller and Rubio are going off man. Leonard has also been great. If Rose and Favors get healthy, watch out man. This team is really looking dangerous and making the East strong. Knicks will get 6ers in week 3.
3. Sacramento Kings (2-0). (Last week, 7)
Alright Davie you wanted the 2 spot but I got ya 3 after giving it to Kevo. 4th 700 scoring team this past week. The depth of this team is the strength and Simmons averaging 35 this year. Noel had a great week with Adams out and Tucker has been awesome at almost 28 fppg. Davie will try to keep it going against Giggy and the Blazers in week 3.
2. Milwaukee Bucks (2-0). (Last week, 2)
Highest scorer, Dejounte has been killing it at 35 per, Cov is starting to come around, Tobias has been awesome at almost 34 per and Dwight Howard is averaging 27 per. Oh yeah and Giannias is around 55. Idk, Jacoby doesn’t wanna go all in this year but he’s looking closer and closer to Pels each week. Jacoby gets Perry in week 3.
1. New Orleans Pelicans (2-0). (Last week, 1)
Still doesn’t have an SF eligible player. What a terrible team. Jk, Hield has come alive and even JJ got some minutes and looked good because why not. Pels will roll in week 3 against Spurs.
30. Utah Jazz (0-2). (Last week, 30)
Another week, another L in Utah. Some of the young guys are playing but it just ain’t there. Utah vs. OKC in week 3.
