BasketballDynasty26 Week 2 PR's.
30. Utah Jazz (0-1). (Last week, 30)
TJ took a shellacking from Kevo this past week. Going to be a very, very long year out in Utah, even Conley had a bad week. TJ’s bending over for Portland and Giggsy this coming week.
29. Phoenix Suns (0-0). (Last week, 29)
Suns had a bye, so I can’t really move them either way, they didn’t score well (mid 200’s) but it’s still a rebuilding year out in Phoenix. Suns gets a challenging matchup with loren this coming week.
28. Miami Heat (0-1). (Last week, 25)
Not a good week for Sanjul. What could’ve been a promising season has turned south real quick. Ayton got hit with a 25 game suspension and Bagley is out for about 6 weeks. Look for Fox to shoulder the load but it just sucks because this team is so young and could’ve been solid this year. Doesn’t get any easier against Chicago this week.
27. Orlando Magic (0-1). (Last week, 26)
Perry took an L from Pacers and mainly Drumm. He’s only moving down because so many other teams that were lower had great weeks. Rob Time Lord Williams was his 3rd leading scorer and hopefully the young guns in Orlando can get one against the Pistons this week.
26. Dallas Mavericks (0-1). (Last week, 24)
Royce took an L from Remy this past week. While LeBron had a solid week, Patty Pat and Dinwiddie played okay, D Russ was ass. This team has no depth and is going to need all their guys to play perfectly each week to win, gonna be rough. Royce gets Caleb in week two.
25. Charlotte Hornets (0-1). (Last week, 23)
Keenan took an L from Celts this past week but it wasn’t all bad. Ingram played like a stud, Collins was good and healthy and even Lonzo was okay. This team should fight for a playoff spot and climb the rankings eventually, Hornets gets Indiana in week two.
24. Los Angeles Lakers (1-0). (Last week, 28)
Griff and the LakeShow move up 4 spots after a big win against Luke. The young gun duo of Coby White and PJ Washington really came through last week. Embiid resting is gonna hurt this team but they should be pretty tough this year. Gonna be an interesting one against Spurs this coming week.
23. Houston Rockets (0-1). (Last week, 20)
Tony moved down 3 spots but it’s not all bad, hear me out. We have a big Josh Hart sighting, he’s looking great in NO. Lowry has been studly and Nance has gotten off to a slow start. NAW looked great in the pre season but he’s off to a slow start as well. Tony will look for his first win against the Clippers in week two.
22. Washington Wizards (1-0). (Last week, 27)
Upset of the week goes to Octstuff. Dude knocked off Perk by about 20 fpts. Schroeder had a crazy game, Jonas V and Thomas Bryant were solid. IT came back and had a solid game, and RJ has looked good. Otto and Reggie Jax aren’t even healthy yet. He might’ve caught perk on an off week but don’t sleep, Wiz on the come up. Octstuff will look to keep it going against the Celts in week two.
21. Detroit Pistons (1-0). (Last week, 21)
Merv got a solid dub against the Cavs although it was a low scoring game. Merv has also picked up Frank the Tank and it’s great to see him make a move. Lavine has looked good, Kawhi has been awesome, and Klove is healthy and beasting. Watch out for this team, especially if Merv gets aggressive and makes some moves.
20. Philadelphia 76ers (1-0). (Last week, 22)
Kyle and his 6ers move up 2 spots after beating the Heat. KAT is going crazy and looks the #1 guy in fantasy. Baynes has a starting spot after the Ayton suspension and Rondo is coming back soon. Things looking good in Philly, Kyle will look to keep things going against Trey and the Hawks this week.
19. San Antonio Spurs (1-0. (Last week, 18)
Chris got an ugly dub but hey, dub’s a dub. He caught Caleb at the perfect time and every game is gonna be huge for him to buy time until PG gets back. Payton, Richardson, and Vonleh lead this team. Chris will get Griff and Lakers in week two.
18. Portland Trail Blazers (0-1). (Last week, 16)
Giggsy took an L to Lor. This team should bounce back though, Neither Kemba or Beal had great weeks. Wiggs has looked better though so that’s a plus. Portland will look to get back on track with a matchup with Utah this week.
17. Brooklyn Nets (0-1). (Last week, 17)
Josh almost beat Trey this week and they looked pretty solid. It’s a shame Collins got hurt, hopefully he’s not out for long. Doncic has looked superb, Levert has looked good, Gordon is Gordon and the young guys he’s are playing (Thybulle, Simons, etc.) Nets gets an interesting matchup with the Knicks in week two.
16. Memphis Grizzlies (0-1). (Last week, 14)
Luke had a rough week, Kuzma is out, DJJ is out, and WCS is out. Injury bug stung him back. CP has also looked to take a back seat to Shai so that ain’t helping. I still believe in Luke and this team when they get healthy but it’s gonna be tough early on. Things get even worse with a matchup with Pels in week two.
15. Cleveland Cavaliers (0-1). (Last week, 12)
Jokic, TT, Murray and JJ looked great last week but depth is hurting this team. MRob hasn’t busted out either yet and needs to stay out of foul trouble. This team should bounce back soon enough but things aren’t getting easier with a matchup against Bucks in week two.
14. Indiana Pacers (1-0). (Last week, 19)
Jon and his Pace move up a whopping 5 spots, Drumm and DMitch been beasting but his supporting cast has been fantastic the past week. Randle, House, DWright, and Clarke all have been playing well. Pace also scored top 5 in the week so it’s a great start. Indiana will look to keep it going against Charlotte in week two.
13. Los Angeles Clippers (1-0). (Last week, 15)
Solid start for Remy, Trae Young and Whiteside been spectacular, Winslow had a solid starting week sans Butler, and the supporting cast of Dedmon, Holmes, Grant, and Kennard have been good too. Jimmy Buckets returns this week and Clipps will take on Rockets in week two.
12. Golden State Warriors (0-1). (Last week, 8)
Caleb’s ass is free falling, Curry and the Warrs got shellacked week one and it’s not looking good. Griffin is out, Len has been hobbled, and Burks/McGruder are hurt as well. Team’s been ravished by injuries man, hopefully Wood can breakout or they can buy time till some guys get back. Caleb takes on Royce in week two.
11. Oklahoma City Thunder (1-0). (Last week, 13)
Loren got a very nice dub against a solid Blazers team in week one. Kyrie, Sabonis, and Teague carried them but the depth isn’t too bad. BP, Bogey, Shamet, and EG are all solid. There’s really depth up and down the lineup, gonna be a good year for Lor, can’t remember last time he was ahead of Cay in some PR’s.
10. Atlanta Hawks (1-0). (Last week, 11)
Trey got a solid W against Brooklyn in week one. He’s also back trying to make moves so that’s great to see. Harden has not looked the part yet either so look for him to get back on track and these Hawks to scare some people. Atlanta travels to Philly for an exciting week two matchup.
9. Minnesota TimberWolves (0-1). (Last week, 6)
Raph and the Wolves lost a close on to Davie and the Kings but there’s a lot to like still here. Oubre’s looked awesome, Jaylen has been solid, and AD is killing it. This team will be in the playoffs and will be scary when Zion gets back. TWolves gets to rest in week two with a bye.
8. Boston Celtics (1-0). (Last week, 10)
BMan grabbed a nice dub and almost dropped 600 week one. SGA and Bridges had great weeks, Bam is killing it and there’s depth all over this roster. Team really could be scary once Dipo comes back. Celts travel to take on a solid upcoming Wiz team in week two.
7. Sacramento Kings (1-0). (Last week, 9)
Davie has everyone healthy and balling and got a great win vs Minny in week one. McGee hasn’t even went off yet but the depth here is great. Simmons and CJ will lead the Kings against a huge matchup in week two vs the Nuggets.
6. Toronto Raptors (0-1). (Last week, 4)
Ouch, Perk took an L to the previously 27th ranked Wiz in week one. Adams and Horford didn’t do much and DSJ has gotten off to a slow start. I got the raps bouncing back though, they’ll take off for a bye in week two.
5. Chicago Bulls (0-1). (Last week, 5)
Lost on the last day to Jacoby, I’m pretty happy with how my squad is looking, Lamb didn’t even do shit the past week. Top 3 scoring week behind Pels/Bucks also. Nunn was a huge pickup and looks to be the starting PG in Miami so I might have to make a run this year. Bulls v. Heat in week two.
4. Denver Nuggets (1-0). (Last week, 7)
Big ol Kevo is looking nice. Brogdon has been killing it, Capela is keeping Westy from stealing his boards, and legit everyone on this team is contributing. Herro is good but I’m not as high just because Butler is coming back and Herro didn’t go off or add any peripheral stats in his absence. Still a great young piece. Kevin gets a showdown with his good friend Davie in week two.
3. New York Knicks (0-0). (Last week, 3)
Tyler and the Knicks had a bye so they’ll keep the 3 spot. Jrue has started kinda slow but I expect him to pick it up shortly. Rubio and Middleton have looked good, Zeller is healthy and had his best pro game recently. Tyler and Knicks take on Josh and the Nets in week two.
2. Milwaukee Bucks (1-0). (Last week, 2)
Put up the highest point total in the league and got a close win over the Bulls. Had a phenomenal week, Dwight is looking legit, Murray has been awesome, Tobias is crushing, Zinger looks great, and Giannis is the highest scorer in the league right now @ 62 something. Yeah he had a really bad week. Bucks get the Cavs in week two.
1. New Orleans Pelicans (1-0). (Last week, 1)
2nd Highest scoring team and doesn’t have an SF eligible player on the roster. Team is cruising. Pels gets the Grizz in week two.
