I mean if that's how you guys feel after one missed pick idk what to tell you guys.
As for my activity I try to come on chat as much as possible but I am pretty busy, I was actually out of town doing job interviews as I will be moving in 2 weeks.
When I do get on chat, all I get is hate for basically not even saying anything and the few trade offers I have received have been extremely below make meet value

Believe it or not the reason i was gonna kick Bryan had nothing to do with the rest of the league not liking him. It wasn't specifically him missing this pick it was just how i felt about his effort towards the league in general.
The last league died after 6 seasons for a couple reasons, and one of them was me allowing guys who didn't do much to stay as long as they logged in once a day or so. They didn't really make an effort to trade, didn't read my PMs or put forth much effort. If all 30 owners were like that the league would literally die in 2 weeks. There were plenty of guys who couldn't make chat but still contributed, guys i could still interact with and know were into it despite a lack of chat time. So i decided that this year, i wanted each owner to be a guy who really wanted to be here, and i just didn't sense that from Bryan. He took a decently long time for every pick, and being where he is in the draft, he should know just about when he'll be up and the players who will be available. You don't really have to revolve your life around the league to make a pick in time. Especially when i know Bryan and have been in leagues with him, hes bright and when engaged is a great owner, so i know where he can be. He's logged in about once every 24 hours sometimes going a litle longer, if every owner were at his activity level the league would already be done-zo. You can ask Hornets, i told him he was about to get the boot, after he took 15+ hours with each pick, and picked two guys who had been taken before, and Hornets has been here for 5 years.
Anyways, i'm not going to kick Bryan if he wants to be here, but wanting to be here and showing it after different. If i've got three guys who aren't even in the league yet, but have been on chat and the boards more often, then i'm just going to be honest logging in once every 24 hours doesn't cut it for me. I m just gonna do what is best for the league as i know you would too. Again, i'm not saying you have to be here 24/7 or revolve your life around here at all man, i'm just saying i wanna sense some effort, sense like you actually care about your team. As of now Bryan is still owner of the Miami Heat, but if things don't change Jeffery will be getting them. No hard feelings either way.
