Raptors Receive:
PG Kyle Lowry, TOR 22.44 22.44 UFA
SG Nik Stauskas, BKN 0.5 0.5 UFA
$3.5 mil on Kyle Lowry for 2019-2020 season
Kings Receive:
SF Gordon Hayward, BOS 17.76 17.76 17.76 17.76 UFA - 3 mil paid on Hayward for this season by Orlando
SG Avery Bradley, LAC 8.88 8.88 8.88 8.88 8.88 UFA
0.7 mi paid on Bradley for 2018-2019 season.
I Accept taking a big risk on Hayward, but I think this depth will really help. Honestly not the biggest fan of Lowry even though he is set up for a big year.
Hayward and Bradley can be really solid for my team. Stauskus is useless.

I accepted under the condition that the Kings pray away any injury possibility for Lowry. My team has had its share of injuries, but I traded for Hayward during his injury because of his pretty friendly contract and his game. He can play, and while there are plenty of scorers on Boston's roster, Haywards versatility will keep him playing many minutes in any lineup Brad Stevens throws out there (coach has even teased the term "point gordon"). Big fan of Avery as well, he was a teammate of mine back in the day.
I am willing to start sacrificing a little depth to make some upgrades. I think Lowry can match what he did last year and just hope in year 2 he doesn't get traded to a shit team. Sauce Castillo might never play in the league again after Portland but he has peaked my interest slightly in preseason. Thanks for the patience Kings, good dealing.

Pass, fair enough deal, risky for Kings with those contracts but I'll take his side, Lowry is overrated anyway... Scores like crazy in this format, but he never could stay healthy and he's only getting older, plus who knows what happens in Toronto this year and next; FVV and Wright are both capable and knocking on the door, so much of what they may or may not do depends on kawhi, and who the fuck knows what's up there.

One problem: The max you can cover on Lowry for next year is 15%, which is $3.366M. That's goddamn right I'm that nitpicky.

I thought you could could cover 25% in year two? If the most I can get is 15% coverage in year 2, that is still fine by me I'd still accept the deal. Just show me the rule for that when you can. I know you can only pay out 10-mil a season on various contracts.

It is 15% good catch as usual Chris. It’s in money moving rules. If you’re still good Raps we’ll move forward with this
