EAST Favorites – Philadelphia 76ers
WEST Favorites – New Orleans Pelicans
EAST Sleeper Team – Toronto Raptors
Big ole’ Perk has some nice depth on this squad. We all know DEPTH wins championships and with Hayward coming back and the addition of Horford, the Raptors can certainly make a playoff run. If Hernangomez carves out a starting role and puts up double-double numbers, then this team will be dangerous.
WEST Sleeper Team - Denver Nuggets
It’s hard being forgotten after just coming off a championship year but I feel like a lot of people have already written off the Nuggets. They have the depth to make a deep run and if all of the pieces fall together (much like last year) then Kevin and the Nuggets certainly have potential to go B2B.
My WAY TOO EARLY 2018-19 Finals Predictions – Chicago Bulls vs. New Orleans Pelicans
I predict Charlie making it through an intense Eastern conference playoffs as he rides Demarcus Cousin’s late season performance into the finals but ultimately fall to the powerhouse out in New Orleans. Anything can happen, especially when were months away from preseason but New Orleans looks like the heavy favorite right now.
Shout out to the Boston Celtics for replicating the 2017-18 Miami Heat as they go on their mission for that elusive #1 pick. Also special shout out to Charlie and the Bulls as they look to contend but fail to bring a ring home, as usual. Lastly, pour one out for Charlotte Hornets (TJ) and the Jazz after going through a dismal season of injuries and what not – let’s see if the man is a washed up GM or not.
