Mavericks receive:
PG: Dejounte Murray, SAS 1.29 2.32 RFA #7 #28
Nets receive:
SF: Kevin Durant, GSW 26.7 26.7 26.7 UFA
Mavericks confirm. The KD-Lebron experiment didn't work out so well last year even with Lebron having a career year and having a 3rd stud in Lou Will on the squad so I want to retool a bit for this year. I like Murray's game for this league's scoring set up and I have a guy I like at 7
Nets to accept

I accept. It's a low price to pay for a superstar, so I feel like it's a no brainer. Brings me one step closer to championship contention.

Woah, big deal. Gotta say this puts Royce in a rebuilding stage for awhile while Nets gets a superstar for pretty cheap. Think royce could have gotten more but I dont think the market was too strong for durant. Pass

Approve. Makes sense for both sides, Nets making that jump 👀

I won't vote yet. Seems crazy that this is all Mavs will get for Durant. Thoughts?

It's god awful. It's turrible, Royce got it here and this is the result of getting antsy to deal someone + draft fever. Hopefully it works out and trae/murray pan out.

Yikes, yeah that's a bad deal, especially when the biggest piece you acquire is someone who's as much if a question mark as Trae Young is... And I'm high on Murray... Pass i guess, but only because the deal's obviously already been pushed through to keep the draft moving. Feel like mavs is getting the benefit of the doubt due to prior brilliance, but this, this is bad.
