Re-Sign Implementation Year

For those that aren't familiar we as a league just passed a new rule that will allow teams to re-sign players a year in advance at a 15% increase at fantasy points X .75.  link to post

Please vote on which year you most would like this implemented.

Just knowing that some owners have made moves without this rule in place I think delaying activation for one year makes the most sense.

It’s crazy that when Caleb and chuck are bad, this happens
